What is your Return & Refund Policy

While we hope that you will love your merchandise if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase of full priced merchandise, we will gladly accept your unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of the delivery date for US orders.

Sale items and items purchased using a 30% discount code or above, are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

Eligible items must be returned in their original condition – not worn, washed or damaged – and must have all tags and returned in original packaging.

Items that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Presyon's discretion to determine if the returned item has been soiled. If an item is determined to be soiled, orders will not be accepted for a return or merchandise credit. Presyon cannot send back the order, and will have to damage out any soiled merchandise.

Sales Items

All sale items, accessories, and clearance items are FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned.

Original Shipping and Handling Fees

Please note, original shipping and handling fees will not be refundable.

International Orders

Currently, we do not accept returns for international orders.

Do you process exchanges?

We cannot accommodate exchanges at this time. Please return your full priced items for a refund, and place a new order for desired items.

How do I return my item?

Step 1

To start your return, click on Start Return.

Step 2

Once your return has been approved, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label sent to you via email.

Step 3

Write your return number on the outside of your package.

We cannot accept packages without a visible return number.

Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receiving your item. Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed and your refund issues.

Are there restocking fees?

There is a $75 restocking fee on all returns that are equal to or greater than $750.00

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
